Noor Al Tamimi is the Founder and CEO of one of the UAE’s most successful brands Bedashing Holding Company which went public in December 2021 under Multiply Group.
Leading the company from Concept to Franchise and finally to IPO, Noor has revolutionized the beauty services industry with her creativity and patented inventions that positioned the brand among the top beauty players of the GCC.
With her passion and dedication to the company’s main purpose “Spreading
Confidence Amongst Women” Noor has successfully expanded the company to 23 branches and more than 800 employees while generating the Highest Revenue Per Branch across the entire industry.
In her own words, Noor describes the reason behind the success of her brand: “From its first branch, we envisioned the brand as a big international beauty conglomerate and acted in this manner while taking good care of our people, the main reason behind our success. We created an engaging culture and strong values that rotate around our main Purpose. The vision and goals of the company were decided by its own people and communicated on a daily basis while my role was like that of an Orchestra’s Maestro that assured everyone is aligned towards the company’s strategic goals.”
In February 2020, Noor sold the brand and continued running the company for 18 months, facing the challenges of the pandemic while maintaining the promised revenue growth and expansion. She prepared the company for IPO and left her post in October 2021.
Noor remains committed to empowering women across the MENA region and her next venture will be in FEMTECH.
